Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, with a small kitchen and a balcony, making it really cozy. The bathroom was modern, although standing in the bath was a bit inconvenient. The service was excellent and accommodating, even when there was a maintenance issue. The location was fantastic, especially for exploring the CBD and Eagle Street areas. The dining experience was standard but convenient. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and cold, clean, and spacious with a good view. The interior was really stylish, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The staff was great, and having a small kitchen and a washing machine in the room was a real plus. The reception desk was super helpful too.
The hotel offers outstanding, clean, and comfortable rooms with plenty of space, although my room wasn't ready upon arrival. The service was top-notch with a very helpful and professional manager leading the team. The location was key for me, being close to Queen Street Mall and Botanic Gardens. The dining experience was nice, albeit a bit pricey. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel was a bit disappointing with a bad smell in the room and a slippery bathtub, although it was nicely furnished. The service had some errors but the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything with a clean room serviced daily. The dining was good, but service was slow. The facilities were adequate.
